I am right handed .. I have pain at my right hand thumb joint .. what would be the reason ?

Arthritis very possibly.
If the pain continues see your GP and ask to be referred to a rheumatologist. It could be linked to arthritis but a blood test may help to get a diagnosis.

Hey, I would say Arthritis.
Could be a little arthritis if you have not had an injury. You would need to see a specialist and have tests done to determine the cause of your discomfort. Talk to your doctor about it and try not to worry. Good luck!
