Freezing nose

I have a secondary reynauds dx. My hands get icy and I keep getting the same ulcer in the same place on my right thumb. My doc says that my ice cold bright shiny nose isn't reynauds but I don't think I believe him. Does anyone else have this symptom?

Whilst a cold nose on its own is not necessarily indicative of raynauds, raynauds sufferers do feel the effects in any unprotected extremity.

Ears are another area that can feel the freezing effects.

Its a shame when the professionals dont know much about the condition they are providing treatment for.

I have LCSSC (CREST) with Raynaud's and I have icy cold hands and feet, and my nose goes blue when it's cold. I can hide the telangiectasia (red blotches) with makeup, but the blueness is another matter!

I have primary Raynauds and I always get a cold nose when my hands and feet get cold, so I definitely think they are connected

I see Rheumatologists at hospital and they could help with your Raynauds, I think.
