All these symptoms are coinciding with the cold weather. My nose is constantly dripping and now I have permanent sores just inside the tip. It used to be only one side last year but now it's both.
My Raynaud's has become more severe in the last couple of years.

None myself, just wondering whether vaseline and also Savlon healing cream might be helpful - both would put a protective layer over the sores. You've probably already tried all of that.
Oh I know where you are coming from, I find now it's cold my nose and eyes just run all the time , eyes run the moment I get out of bed. I also feel my Raynaud's has got worse, can't get an appointment for doctors only on the phone. I am sure these symptoms are all connected but all doctors say is keep yourself warm. I have had Raynaud's for about 11 years now, how long have you had it and have you ever seen anyone about it.
Me too: chronic sinusitis...nose drips all year round. My long-time version of sores inside tip of nose is related to this dripping. My GP + immunologist + ENT consultant prescribe daily sinus irrigation + topical antibiotics for managing these sores.
My first topical antibiotic was naseptin....but I became resistant over the years. So was switched to bactroban. Use tiny bit on a Qtip 2x daily...takes ages to heal, but meanwhile makes these a bit less painful.
Am always astounded at how excruciatingly agonisingly painful these sores are..just lightly touching the outside of my nose tip is fabulously painful when my version of this get going. Mine flare almost any time of year, but tend to trouble me more in colder months.
Hi Barnclown, did they know what is causing it? I get it in the summer too when the temperature drops but of course it's a million times worse at the moment.
As with most aspects of our sorta complex illness, there are several causes underlying my version of this. The main cause is my Primary Immunodeficiency Disease, which has always made me @ high risk of any type of infection anywhere in my bod, eg am 67 and this has given me what my immunology chief calls chronic pockets of persistent bacteria driven sepsis in sinuses, stomach, intestines, urinary tract.
But on top of that am living with the natural immunosenescence that comes to us all as we age + there are the effects of my long term daily cocktail of immunosuppression meds. Also, my immune dysfunction illnesses have all had decades to mess up my circulation which makes me prone to sores anywhere taking ages to heal 🤷🏼♀️....I think of my nose tip + ears + mouth as being kinda like my hands+fingers & feet+toes: they’re all ‘peripheral,’ so have the poorest circulation in my bod & any sorta wounds heal ultra slowly giving bacteria scope to get dug in & that triggers inflammatory response which makes the sores in these regions FANTASTICALLY painful. I also have peripheral neuropathy complicating my version of this
