hi although I have a heart condition that wears me out, I’d say the cpap has taken the edge off none heart related tiredness. I’ve had my machine since last September but I haven’t used since Christmas - hurt back couldn’t sleep then now have what I’d describe as a violent cough and having been sleeping sitting up in recliner. Exhausted.

I’ve learned to accept that if the app shows minimal breathing events and I manage to keep mask on till morning (never perfect though re leaks) if I’m still tired then that’s the best it will be. Preventing the abnormal breathing events is most important to me regards reducing risk of further heart issues.

Have you gone back to you sleep clinic for advise on why still tired / what you could do? Could there be other reasons - maybe a blood test?

Good luck and well done on a successful night.

👍
