hairpulling in sleep

I’ve noticed this year I have been pulling out my hair while I’m sleep. It’s a lot of hair and my therapist gave me suggestions like wearing scarfs or putting gloves on but I still take them off in my sleep.

does anyone else suffer from this? Any suggestions?
