I have been prescribed Promethazine tablets by my doctor. For my sleep problems10mg, has anyone taken these? I had never heard of them before. I just have to take them occasionally. They are also taken for Allergies.

Yes I have taken these (for hay fever) but I also found they help with sleep if taken just before bedtime I wouls definitely give them a try!
