Long term insomnia

Sleep, who needs it? I've now gone 12 days on micro naps of 15 minutes or less timed intermittently thorough the day. Insomnia seems to be currently the least of my worries as reality has taken on new shape as I try to continue to function as we have to move in 2 weeks and I have several projects going. Did I mention that I am Bipolar as well as ocd and what used to be called Asperger's disorder so I just keep going till someone or something stops me. Another words I'm sorta like a juggernaut.

Can you get your Thyroid Peroxidase tested privately? Can you get your vits and minerals tested? I found Thyroxine and DMAE massively helped. Also found I was Lactose intolerant through elimination. Find the route cause before your health is petmanently damaged. Best of luck x

Assume this is purposely done, perhaps bipolar has a week or two of mania with excess energy and little need for sleep (or longer).

Medications you are on causing insomnia as well, not sure but it sounds dangerous,

I need my sleep, it’s vital for my survival.

Wow. I’m moving also and thought sleeping only 2-4 hours was bad. Did have my thyroid checked but it’s just stress. Good luck !
