Anyone out there unable to sleep? Took first 5 mg of Ambien. Not working so not going to take 10 mg since pharmacist said that's when all the bad stuff happens like sleepwalking etc! Yikes😬 Anyhoo I hope everyone is getting a great nights sleep😴😴😴 Wish I could say the same!😄 Have a beautiful weekend😎😄😂 Take care everyone ✌

That's good you haven't. Apparently its pretty common. My neurologist mentioned it first so I'm terrified of sleepwalking and falling down my steep stairs and breaking my neck. Happy to hear its been working for you. Have you taken it already tonight? Do you get needed sleep now while taking it? Just curious how well it works. Hope you don't mind😎

I try not to take that much, but on really bad nights I’ve taken some Xanax and Ambien to sleep. Yes once I sleep it works. I had to switch to the Ambien CR for a while because the regular Ambien wore off too quickly. I also use magnesium oil to calm down. I’ll either take an epsom salt bath or cover my feet in magnesium oil. If my insomnia is horrific I’ve had to take Remeron but the next day I felt so out of it so I don’t recommend unless you are desperate. I’ve started taking Lexapro 10mg and that is sedating to I have only needed 5mg Ambien now

Thank you for responding!! That's great that you've also tried many things. Some stuff works but then eventually doesn't work!! Ugh. Struggling with bipolar 2 which is mainly depression with some hypomania. Its hard to sleep every night. Iv e got to find a way that will work cause I have epilepsy and no sleep triggers seizures big time!!! Xanax caused a major seizure after taking it once. Sucks. Most times honey mixed with hot milk works really good. Took a bath in my Jacuzzi tub which I love. I got lucky moving into this apt. I saw that Jacuzzi tub and was stoked!!! Bath wakes me up unfortunately😣 I think ill go try the milk and honey mix. Can't hurt! Getting desperate😄😳😬

Here in Spain I've got Dormicum which is Midazolam (whatever that is!). Sometimes it helps, other nights not.

I was recommended to try Melatonin which is a natural supplement. There are other posts lower down here about it. It seems to be doing some good for me
