Bitterness & Rubbery

If I take it 3 nights in a row I’ll feel kinda rubbery if that makes sense. I use medical marijuana nightly and only use zoplicone if I awaken and can’t fall back to sleep.

Any “hacks” out there for the bitter taste??

Don't chew them!!

That taste wont shift so best thing is to get it in and out of your mouth ASAP. I normally wash mine down with some coffee (decaff).

No I don’t chew them. I get that bad bitter taste in my mouth for days after!

Yeah, some people suffer that more than others. Can't help with that sorry!

You could try drinking fruit juice, coffee. There are those that experience this like you, it’s rare for it to not go away, I’d say a medication change perhaps if it’s intolerable.

For some reason the bitter taste of Lunesta it’s sister sleep med also known for this never has never bothered me, where other people that take these say they still wake up with that taste.

I have only taken like 4 doses in two weeks. Today is 3 days since the last dose and I felt awful all day- headache is bad and feels like withdrawal.
