Hello everyone.Thank you for inviting me to sleep matters.I have COPD.and amongst other other illnesses,Litchen Planus.in my mouth.which is very painful , I use Betamethasone a steroid.to mouth wash several times a day,Which i think tributes to me being awake most of the night,I am retired ,so i do not need to be up with the larks. There is not much to do ,or want to do,in the middle of the night,I have really always been a bit of a nightbird though.Reading at the moment is impossible I have a bleed behind my eye which is being treated at the moment.Next hospital visit is needle in the eye i think.Ouch.Sorry if I bored you all,and my illness will be nothing compared to lots of you,Take care from one night owl to the rest of the night birds
