Choline/Honey combination is my key in reducing AHI.

Sources of Choline include DMAE, Citicoline, Eggs, Beef liver etc.; Google them & find what works for you.

I have found honey along with Choline before bedtime works.

The "right" dosage for your body/brain must be found by trial & error.

I wear an oximeter every night which yield an AHI estimate daily.

Great video on Choline along with useful links:

found an even *better* treatment for sleep apnea: cocoa or cacao powder drink with milk at night; just beware that they do thin your blood
