Hi guys! For those who don't know me, my name is James and I am here to create video content across HealthUnlocked's social channels.
We're looking to create a video to benefit the Sleep Matters community. This is why we are reaching out to community members to see whether you'd be willing to share your personal experience of your sleep journey.
We believe that community members will benefit and be positively influenced by hearing people speak out about sleep and how they try to live a healthy lifestyle despite their challenges.
If you have a story you would like to share with your community members, please fill out the survey below so we can contact you and provide more information.
Sometimes it takes up to 3 hours to get to sleep. When I do sleep I only sleep for about an hour (sometimes less) and it takes about 10 minutes to go back to sleep. The odd night I don't sleep at all, this as been happening for about 6 months. There is no apparent reason for this.
At HealthUnlocked we are looking to get more people to speak out about their health journeys with sleep, just as you have shared here. We are trying to create a video around this and share it with the Sleep Matters community. If you would like to help us with this, please fill out the survey below leaving your email. Thanks!
Hi Exbury1905, above I attached a link to a survey that acts as a consent form. No community member will have their story shared without full consent being granted. If you read the original post above, you will be able to see more information about this, or you can click on the survey to view the consent form. Hope this resolves your query.
No, I just went through a coarse of 14 sleeping tablets they didn't make any difference other than making me feel more tired during the day. One night I didn't sleep at all. I'm of to see the Doctor shortly I get bad vertigo in the evenings now I hope to get rid of that at least I'd feel more relaxed before I go to bed.
Are you now then sleeping ok . I hope so. I'm on sleepers and still wake up and I know if I stop them I will be awake all night which I dread as I suffer a lot of pain in the day and sleep gives me relief. But before I went in meds I remember I used to at least get off to sleep!!
No not sleeping it's 2.30am now, to much pain in my neck tonight I've taken some Oramorph but that doesn't help with trying to sleep. I'm not at work until 1pm so I might have a bit of a lay in if there is any point to it.
Hey James, I was hoping for a survey that would take up at least 5 minutes, Lol! That’s the fastest survey ever! Well, perhaps you’ll contact me by email...
Good luck on the video, sounds interesting and definitely an important topic that affects many in endless ways! M
