wigs?

I'm thinking of getting a wig because my hair is so thin. Does anyone know of any brands that are thinner? I've always had thin hair and all of the wigs seems so poofy! They just don't look right on me. Are there any wig companies out there that are thinner/flatter hair?

There is a fabulous UK company I use called Wig Envy who have great wigs which they will customise for you and which you can ask for lower density on. They do post to the US. Laura Johnson is the owner and herself is a wig wearer, she looks amazing in all of them and is very helpful. She is on Facebook and has a website, wigenvy.co.uk.

My husband prefers her wigs to my expensive designer one as he says they look more like me!

Good luck finding one you love.

I have a couple of wigs. One is a human hair that I bought at a salon. It is much lighter in density than the synthetic ones I bought online. Insurance reimbursed me for half of the human hair wig as it was expensive. But it looks very natural and I get lots of compliments on it. The Wig Envy place sounds great. I would definitely check that out. Best wishes. Sending hugs and prayers.

Hi, I have purchased 3 different wigs from WIGS.COM and have found them to be an excellent quality! I have thin hair also, but my most recent purchase from them was a brand “Gabor”. It’s very light weight and look for a petite size ( my head is rather small)! Hope this works ! Kathy From Syracuse.

I have a wig from Godiva Secret wigs . I love it its really light weight and doesnt over heat me as it lets heat escape. I always get compliments and asked who does my hair. I did pick one that was close to my natural color and length so no one suspects im wearing a wig. In this pic i have the sides pulled backed with clips as that is how i wear my hair a lot. This is also a lace front wig. I guess if you dont want to wear your hair off your face you dont need lace front. If you go on you tube and type in there name and say videos they post all kinds of helpful info from washing their wigs to actually customizing the wig yourself. I will probably check out wigenvy it sounds wonderful also. Good Luck!! 🙂

Have you tried Paula Young wigs? Lots to choose from and I am sure they have some fitting your needs. I use Paula Young wigs and no one can tell it's a wig - every single time my oncologist sees me says I really like your hair. Even my daughter who is a professional hair stylist says mom I love your hair and I remind her you cut and styled my wig. Lol.
