benign liver lesions?
Did you have a biopsy that confirmed benign lesions? I have a fatty liver but no lesions ever seen on CT
Yes, I have a benign liver lesion…had it for years. I think it’s called a hemangioma.
hi…yes I did…in my case after I started cancer meds, my liver showed steatosis lesions because of alcohol use. It doesn’t take much to impact the liver when you’re on these impactful medications. In my case I limited the alcohol and the lesions eventually resolved. While I still enjoy my occasional alcoholic drink, I am sensitive to the impact it has on my health. Hope this helps you !
Liver hemangiomas (benign lesions) are often incidental finding on abdominal ultrasound done on anyone.
A CT scan can highly suggest that it is a simple hemangioma but a biopsy is sometimes done for a definitive diagnosis. Your Onc/ radiologist/liver specialist should be able to tell you the best course.
Yes. CT found them late 2024. A liver CT showed them to be hemangiomas.
