Enhertu dosage

Mom’s plan is to start Enhertu in about 2 week s. Her oncologist said she will start her on a reduce dose and see how she does? Any tips? Does anyone happen to know at what dosage they didn’t have the side effects as bad or anyone do full dosage? Thanks so much! Hope this question isn’t confusing ! It makes sense in mind 😂

my biggest tip is tell your mom to try not to worry. Everyone is different so what could happen won’t necessarily will happen. The oncologist should prescribe medications for nausea, should she need them. I’ve never used mine and am on round 3 at full dose. Constipation is a big one. I use miralax every other day to stay ahead of it. It’s tasteless and is not a stimulant so it’s painless. Other than that, over the counter medications do the trick in most cases. Tell your mom to eat, laugh and love. She’s got this! 💕 and keep asking questions here. I’ve gotten loads of great tips.

There is also a great Facebook group for people on Enhertu. It’s called Enhertu (DS-8201A). I get a lot of great information there too.
