For the last year I've been on 75mg. of Ibrance (lower dose due to low wbc). Tried two weeks on, two weeks off but still low wbc. Now she changed it to one week on, one week off and it seems to keep wbc at a better level. I was wondering if any of you are on that dosage? I go in late October for Pet scan & hope evetything is still stable.
Thanks, Carolyn

I have seen some posts in these forums change their dosage to 5 days on and 2 days off to help keep WBC in line. Basically taking Ibrance Mon-Fri and take off Sat and Sun. Please keep us posted how things go. My wife has had similar issues with WBC on 125mg and 100mg. She was switched to 75mg but we have not gotten any blood work since switching to 75mg.
I hope her blood work is better on 75mg. I don't see the onc til the end of Oct after my next PET scan & blood work. I'll post then. Best wishes to your wife.
I am having the same issue so I am very interested to hear if the new dosing schedule works for you. I just completed my first cycle of 75mg and just barely met the ANC threshold of 1.0 to continue on the normal schedule. I have been looking at alternative schedules in case my numbers drop too low again. Please let us know how you are doing going forward. Best wishes ❤️
I am on 75 mg. Now for 4 years and my WBC is also low and ANC’s are very low. Doctor wants to keep me 3 weeks on and one off he doesn’t feel it’s ok to keep me on.
If your WBC & ANC is low have you asked about changing the 3 weeks on, 1 off to a different schedule? Maybe 2 on, two off or on, off every other week. I know it has helped my WBC to stay more stable. I wish you the best.
