I found this article about Biotin and Cancer interesting . I was taking 10,000 mcg of Biotin to improve my thinning hair, and have stopped taking it today.

Thanks for sharing this article. I had also been thinking of taking Biotin for my thinning hair and nails, but my doctor told me not to take Biotin but did not tell me why. This article explains it.
