My only concern is the toxicity
I would like to know this too. 
No, I don't think that I've lost any hair. Nearly 5 years on Ibrance and Letrozole. No side-effects that I can tell except my terrible taste. Not tasting anything good for all this time has not been easy, but my 13 tumors are gone so I can't complain.
