My Mom

I just wanted to let you know my Mom passed away and her funeral was today.........it was not unexpected and she had a good life and was 90 years old.

It is difficult because 90 years is an amazing life. There are blessings in the treasured memories that are clouded by grief. Be kind to yourself and take the time you need to feel what you are feeling.

Through is the only way to healing and peace. In the end what remains is the joy of your mom's life and love.

Theresa,So sorry for your loss. I still mourn the loss of my mom, who died a little over a year ago, at age 96. I am only grateful that she didn’t have to endure the COVID scare and all of the restrictions it would likely have created on her life.

You and I were both blessed to have had our moms for so long. Mine was unaware of my MBC at the end of her life. For that, I am grateful too.

A woman from India, when hearing of the loss of my husband, replied immediately that a baby was just born, at that moment.
