To distract us from another lockdown looming locally I thought I would show you a photo of the beautiful Sweetpeas my friend gave me yesterday. They smell gorgeous and really cheered me up. I hope they make you smile.

They are one of my favourites as well Clare. We just never got around to planting any this year. Lucky I’ve got a nice allotment friend that shares. Let your imagination run wild, gorgeous smell.

Hope you aren’t locked down!!

We are Clare. From Tuesday. Nightmare again. I won’t be going shopping now and have been doing it freely for the past free weeks. I’m to anxious now. Hubby will go though.
Have a good weekend.
I know it’s getting bad again. It won’t be long before it’s here again. Look after yourself and hubby

Hi Cheryl,
What a thoughtful gift! I love flowers. I am not always clued about about what certain flowers are, so thanks for mentioning that these are sweet peas. I would not have known otherwise! I have some flowers in the kitchen that I refuse to throw out just yet. They are still quite nice even though they are now dried out.

I know that feeling. I cut stems on flowers again and again to get the most out of them. Just love them
They are lovely! It will be very hard seeing the summer end this year.
That’s true. It has gone so quick especially with most of it in Lockdown. Now in Liverpool we have it again. I’ve had a letter, text and email informing me how the figures have risen and to stay home,if I can’t be safe grrrrr.rr....so annoying. Never mind.Allotment to the rescue.
Have a good weekend.
Oh, how lovely! Flowers are always a mood brightener especially when brought from someone who cares about you. I have always loved having flowers in the house. Take care.
Cheers, June S.
I love flowers in the home as well June. They are still going strong even after 5 days.
Best wishes
Cheryl
