Latest tumor markers down to 35 after 10 months on Ibrance and anastrozole!!! I know markers aren’t the be all and end all, but I like this trend from over 300 when I started! I even enjoyed 31 mile bike ride on Cape Cod this week.

Good news!
Great news!! ❤️❤️
Sandra — I’m so happy you found a good e bike and are enjoying it! I use my regular bike for the level terrain of Cape Cod and I rely on the e bike for hilly areas near my home. I admit some pride that I can still pull off a long ride like that. 😀. I know the e bike is different but I hope you still feel — as I do — that it is good exercise. Isn’t it a thrill when you can take on those hills that were daunting before? Don’t you find you can extend your ride because you aren’t worn out by the hills? It still takes effort, but that extra boost makes such a difference to me. I’m curious what you decided on and which features helped you decide. Enjoy!
I will admit though that I “whimpered” a bit when an e bike passed me easily as I slogged through a head wind on the last few miles on the Cape Cod trail. 😰😀
Excellent news 👍😎🌈!!!

Fantastic news for you and as a newbie on the same meds, gives me so much hope and positivity. Thanks for sharing and long may you have continued success. X
Great news! The thought of exercising is terrifying for me as I'm constantly exhausted and out of breath ... did any of you feel the same before treatment and it's the treatment that has helped?
Awesome news!
Yea! Happy for you.

I am confused about tumor markers. After reading how low your's are, mine seem excessively high. My last number was 1369.2. They went up 200 while in my second round of Ibrance. My oncologist wants me to stay on the Ibrance longer. I was told by my nurses that my numbers aren't high for someone with cancer, but now it's scaring me. I am also on Exemestane and Xgevia. I have mets on my spine, my pelvis, my skull and now in my liver. I have more scans the end of July. I don't have any pain though. I do suffer from fatigue, but if I ignore it and live my life, it fades away.
I’ve read others say on this site that their doctors aren’t as persuaded by markers as other criteria.
I so appreciate your reply, however, I am still perplexed by how very high my numbers are compared to everyone else's. I also am aware that I am sensitive to almost everything. I am food sensitive, I have Rosecea and I am gluten sensitive. I also am sensitive to dark colors and polyester. I can't eat citrus fruit. I seem to react to everything. I know that because I am overly sensitive that my body is full of inflammation. Inflammation causes cancer.
Sandra, thank you for your encouraging words. I also have mets in my spine, pelvis and new ones in my liver, which is terrifying. So far, there are two small ones in my liver. I don't have any pain other than intermittent residual nerve pain from a thoracic tumor that a back doctor I went to missed for a very long time. I had to fly to another state to get cancer care that saved my life. In America, health care for profit is a motive for greed and it needs to be stopped. We had an oncologist in Detroit, MI that told 553 of his patients that they had cancer, when he knew they didn't. He gave them chemo, killing some, and maiming others. Another surgeon in Dallas was convicted for killing 2 people and maiming 33. He received a life sentence because he, actually both doctors, did it for the money. My surgeon here left a deep margin of cancer in me after my lumpectomy and never called me back for a second surgery to get a clean margin. I blame her for my current situation. I lost my breast because of her. My surgeon who did my mastectomy was furious about what happened to me. I suspect that the first surgeon thought I would go to her for the mastectomy and lymph node dissection. She has left cancer in every person that I know of that has gone to her. One facility knew who I was talking about without me mentioning her name. I am on Medicare, which in itself, is good, but it does not protect us from a corrupt medical system. Our state medical boards are also known for being corrupt while our politicians look the other way.
Holy crap!! Mine last 15-3 was 583- down from 592 and I’m taking it as a win!!!!
