Hi,
It depends what I am doing at the time when the neuropathy comes on. If I am driving, then I find that lowering the offending hand into my lap for a moment will help. Or if I am in bed and I can feel it then I will adjust position. So for me, I either lower or raise my hand depending on what's going on at the time!

When I get tingling I generally move my hand around and keep fexing my fingers to get the blood flowing.
