Mouth sores.

I tried everything for my sore mouth and I tried this. Avacodo’s work for me. I smash them up and eat them like crazy. They are high in protein but have fat. I kept seeing how they make your hair so soft and strong why not mouth. They seem to also repair my mouth it’s not sore anymore. I guess the natural oil in them helps. I tried all those mouth washes and nothing was helping . Hope this helps someone.

Well I have some good news! I was changed to Faslodex and Ibrance 3 months ago, at that point my tumor markers were going up over 150 points a month. This month they dropped over 30 points. Not a lot but at least they are on the way down yay. Hope they keep going. I am glad you found a way to help your mouth sore.

Great to know! Glad you found something that helps. I’ve heard about “magic mouthwash”. I wonder if the wholly guacamole works? Costco sells a 20 pack of individual ones for like $12-$14. Just from “ portability and easy,, might be an option.

A good friend of mine for many years was the doc to create magic mouthwash. He was a professor at GW snd ENT. How grateful we are!!

That’s cool! We use to make our own at work, it contains simple ingredients. Maalox and liquid Benadryl. It only worked a few days for me. Also they put lidocaine in there. The one with Lidocaine you should not swallow. Go on YouTube to get instructions. It’s very easy and cheap. We all need to save money as much as possible.

Yes I’m aware of what is in it. My daughter used years ago for mouth ulcers from God knows what!!

That’s a fabulous suggestion! I eat avocados daily ...never thought about how it might be helping...my sores aren’t too bad. Thanks!

Your very welcome! I eat more then one, but I put them on everything. Now trying to grow them, little more difficult. I hope you continue to do well. Also I take the pit and wash my hands with it.

Yes avacado are great for you always. I put them in my morning green drink.

Two tips: buy avacado oil at Costco and use for cooking. It handles high temps!

Also Costco has a guacamole in small half cup containers and 20 to pack with no extras! So when you want quick avacado you are set!

In addition, I fill a small travel bottle with avacado oil and add to my night cream. Great on skin!

Then there is extra virgin olive oil but can’t use for high temp cooking.
