Diagnosed Feb 2015 with ILC Breast Cancer, did chemo, double mastectomy, radiation and hormonal therapy, Diagnosed Oct 2016 with MBC. Started Ibrance and Faslodex.

Hi, I'm doing ok. My diagnosis is so new that my anxiety is getting the best of me. I'm trying to take a different approach this time around using support groups and getting therapy and it does help. I've heard some people can live years with MBC and I'm trying to be very positive, but those fears are always in the back of your mind. Would love to read some inspirational stories.

Mine was also lobular, in 2002, and just diagnosed in August 2016 with metastatic breast cancer to my bones (spine, sternum, ribs, and pelvic bones). Taking Letrozol daily and XGEVA injections every 4 weeks. My breast cancer markers have improved greatly from 63 to 41. Any thoughts and encouragement are appreciated. When I see the posts from ladies living with MBC for 10-15-18 years, I am so greatly encouraged.
