loosing and unable to gain weight.

I am a type 2 diabetic. I am loosing to much weight and can't gained back. any ideas as far as why and how can I gain weight? thx

You need to get checked out by your Doctor to exclude illness as the cause.

If no problem found then go for high calorie diets.

Problem with trying to loose weight is how to stop it. It means you have to eat more or do less exercise. None of this is attractive after loosing but at some stage you have to take one of the options or both. If you have tried this then you need to see a doctor.
