I am a keen naturist, and I am fortunate to be able to spend several weeks per year in naturist resorts in Europe. I have noticed recently that quite a few men around my age, or even older, have one or more genital piercings. I have been wondering for quite some time now about taking the plunge and having a piercing myself. A frenulum piercing is what I am considering. I am not circumcised and when flaccid probably 2/3 of my glans in covered. When erect I look like I have been circumcised as all my foreskin retracts.
The question I have is where should the piercing be sited to accommodate the movement of my foreskin? Ideally I would want the piercing to be visible all the time.
I would welcome any tips and tricks, especially concerning the healing process. Thanks in advance!

Your question is very interesting and I can answer you with certainty. I am 60 years old and I myself was in your situation of choosing to pierce my frenulum many years ago. With the same intention and for the same purpose. I'm also uncircumcised, but my foreskin is probably a little longer than yours, because it completely covers the glans when my penis is soft. When erect, the foreskin can also be completely retracted and my penis appears circumcised. So, my case is very close to yours. A long time ago, I made the decision to pierce my frenulum. I did it myself after having thoroughly disinfected the penis and the area under the glans. It's super simple to do, painless, but if you're afraid, you can buy Xylocaine gel (anesthetic) and coat the entire frenulum area before piercing it. I used a simple disinfected sewing needle to pierce the first hole. Then used a larger needle to enlarge the hole, then a knitting needle. Over the days, taking my time, I widened the piercing by introducing larger and larger cylindrical objects. When the result suited me, I inserted a ring, then subsequently various other jewels and objects according to my desires, and sometimes excitements.
If you want your piercing to be visible constantly, then you need to get into the habit of keeping your foreskin retracted at all times. With a piercing and a ring, it's easy, because the ring holds the foreskin. But as your foreskin seems quite short and does not completely cover your glans, I think it will be very easy for you to remain uncovered permanently.
You will then notice that frenulum piercing often interests sexual partners and provokes their curiosity; it can be exciting! Some people will undoubtedly like to play with it. If you have male naturist friends who have the opportunity to see piercing at the beach or elsewhere, this will perhaps push them to imitate you... just as the sight of other men pushes you today to wish also this piercing of the frenulum. And you are right to do so. It was a great thing for me to do and I haven't regretted it. However, after years of playing with the piercing for a long time, the hole had enlarged considerably. Which could be exciting to see for others and myself, but which ultimately weakened the frenulum, which recently was nothing more than a thin thread 1 mm thick and 3 or 4 cm wide. length joining the glans to the foreskin, forming a widely open “bridge”. One day, during sexual intercourse, probably a little more agitated than usual, the bridge broke (without any pain) at the level of its attachment to the glans, and I lost my frenulum... I I didn't even realize it at the time and it was only afterwards in the shower that I saw the frenulum ruptured while washing my penis. The cut frenulum shriveled up, dried up and came off after a few days like a piece of dead skin. Today, I no longer have any trace of the frenulum...
If you would like more details, out of discretion we can discuss privately by email. Don't hesitate to ask me any questions you would like. Best regards.
Well. I’ve done it! Got pierced x2. One in the frenulum, the other a bit lower on the skin on the shaft. The pain was extremely short lived. Nothing like I was fearing.
I feel on a bit of a high now. I think I had a massive grin on my face on the tram journey home!
I have wanted to get one for a long time. Have you found that it is uncomfortable for you or your partner during sex? I have always been nervous about it catching, getting slightly stuck or rubbing during sex but love how they look. I am pretty thick so that what has me worried about getting it.
