Sudden blood loss no reason

Recently admitted to hospital with excessive rectal bleeding ... drug eluding Heart stent fitted Oct 2019 ... no problems til March 2020 ... Clopidogrel & aspirin daily ... started taking flaxseed oil capsules 2000mg and more recently turmeric capsule only within last month ... I’ve read up on both and both are natural blood thinners ... could these have contributed to sudden blood loss as between Oct - End February no such problems ?
