Hi everyone. It's good to hear from anyone. Heart problems is a pain but not the end. It's treated n with good n positive attitude u can live a happy life. I say this to my self everyday n I take a deep breath and smile. Have a good day everyone

I've got heart failure had 2 cadioversions had a icd fitted n still working full time and living the dream 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Wonderful attitude! When I'm down I just think how lucky I am to still be alive and that puts everything else into perspective x

I feel very grateful to still be alive. I had a heart attack nearly 3 years ago, every day is a bonus..some days I do loads of things other days I take things a bit easier. I have learnt that I need to listen to my body...

When I tell people that having the heart attacks is the best thing that happened to me they think I'm losing the plot. However I have learnt to enjoy my life and to relax and laugh a great deal more. I no longer just rush through my day I now stroll through my day. Have a fantastic day everyone
