First posting after my heart attack

This is my first post. I had a heart attack 25/07/16. I had to have a stint fitted after one artery was totally blocked. I have 2 other arteries partially blocked but have been put on medication to control this. I have a long line of heart problems in my family which doesn't help my confidence.

OK so now its time to do the lifestyle change thing. Start walking everyday and eat the right things. Take the pills. Turn it around so you can smile again. Good luck.

I have had both a heart attack and survived cardiac arrest. Take it one day at a time. Trying to go beyond that sometimes makes it seem too impossible. I find doing what I can and not worrying so much about what I can't has helped me. Good luck to you.

Try CoQ10 to build your cardiac function back up naturally. Then combine with exercise, meds and a life style change and you will do wonders to boost wellbeing and quality of life. This article has a great overview of clinical studies on CoQ10 and Heart Disease: q10facts.com/coenzyme-q10-a...

My cardiologist suggested Co-enzyme Q10. Started on 200mg twice per day now on max of 400mg twice per day. I feel fantastic although I ought to see a counsellor for anxiety issues. Good luck

Morning.

Likewise. Had my first heart attack back in January 2016 also family line shows heart disease in my fathers side. But it's not the end of the world. As I've said before in this site it has certainly opened my eyes to the amount of rubbish that I used to eat. Now eating sensible. Cut out all red meat etc. On medication for life now but if it helps all the better.

All the best.
