Doc used dirty instruments on my foot not sterilized in machine

Went to foot doctor today he popped a blister after I asked him not to, I am very worried about disease transmission becasue he just took the instrument out of a water solution, no bag around it , no autoclave (sterilize machine) just took it out of water solution wiped it off and used on my foot to pop my blister! Am panicking now my friend said dont worry I worry about everything which is true, please help what do you guys think? I didn't say anything to him it was my first and last visit to this guy! Also he used water with 10percent vinegar to clean my foot before he put bandaid on

I dont think my foot was bleeding at all I asked him if it was and he said no and I saw no blood of my own, worried about the dirty instruments though

i work in health care if he sterlized it in a cleaning solution you should be fine i feel everyone over thinks things and 99 percent of the time you will be fine for what you had done, you may want to fine a better health care facility though
