Cardiovascular.Anxiety after heart attack, bypass, stents

It has been hard for me to deal with anxiety of what if I have another HA and Im stuck alone, or am I clogged up again, or is this my heart feeling or something else, how far to push myself in life or exercise when I can do it(have MS also)….a new nutritional plan every day comes out...and side effects of surgeries or med..and finding doctors to tell the difference.One step at a time.Tears and frustration and sometimes depression ARe OK!Reach out to whom you need.If no answer there keep on trying.Dont feel guilty if you need to ask help, or if your plan isnt perfect.Life isnt perfect.I finally told my 30 yr old cardiologist...once this trauma happened I have ptsd for real.Life will never be the same.Stents, hearing form others also..it is not the same without.Life has changed.I get scared.I live a full life but yes, I have changes to make..again change is something constant in life.Enjoy art, music, something you love...my birthday this month..im on my way out, hoping not right away but we have right now dont we....Spring has sprung...genetic vit D is in control now negativity from social media and tv etc worst enemy.Joy is a child, simplicity or puppy breath!I hope in some way this made sense to someone who may be bewildered by this Cardiovascular life.It proves...you have a heart.
