A Dietary Approach to a Heart Attack

Came back from my customary daily 2 mile run 3 years ago and had a heart attack. Started to read and research everything I could find on the subject and slowly realized that I had only got one side of the story from my doctors. For example I received zero, yes zero dietary advice and no one told me that heart disease in most cases can not only be stabalised but also reversed. Started blogging about my experiences mainly as a way to log down my findings so that I could refer back. I have also just recently started a meetup group for those interested in nutrition and heart disease. If anyone is interested please feel free to ask. Your genes are not your desitiny.

Can't attend meeting - live in Colorado, but would love to follow your blog. Can I do something that will let me automatically get notification of your posts? Sorry, I'm alittle clueless on some computer things. :-)
