None of the conventional RLS meds work for me so I need to try alternatives. Reflexology and Pilates help, but I wondered if anyone has tried anything else?

I have given a lot of things ago and bough lotions and potions to try help but non work for me
Stay off of those web sites, and never put money out for any web site that has the word "cure" on it. They are all scammers and rip-offs. In all my experience, there is no lotion or herbal or spray that works, unless it is an extremely mild case of RLS. Anyone with daily symptoms, or a severe case- these scam cures will not help you. Please save your money. If you have any questions about any RLS web site, ask us. I have an entire list of all the RLS scams on the internet, including one that just went up 2 wks ago, and the refuse to even say what the ingredients are, even after I emailed them several times, asking how they can expect to sell a product that is called an "RLS remedy" and not even list the ingredients?????? Phu-leeze! The owner of the web site told he has to "protect the intellectual property of my formula" which is the biggest load of crap I have ever heard from anyone in all this time. If it sounds to good to be true, it is.
I tried acupuncture with no benefit.
