what anti-histamines work best?

The doctor recently told me my histamine levels were high. So now I am researching low histamine diets etc. but he also mentioned taking an anti-histamine like Benadryl. But I know Benadryl aggravates my RLS. he then asked if I'd ever tired claritin. I have not as I don't have bad seasonal allergies.

I just wanted to get some pro advice from this group as to what anti-histamines work and don't trigger RLS symptoms. is something like Claritin or Allegra, or Flonase ok to use? is there something better?

thanks in advance for any advice! I really know next to nothing about anti-histamines.

They and zyrtec are OK. Flonase is a nasal spray so since you don't have season allergies I would think a pill would be easier to use.

Cetirizine has no effect on my rls.
