I have been suffering from mild RLS for several years. Iron supplements help some. I also use a vibration plate nightly. Recently I also found that using a CPAP helps as well.

That's great to hear.Dr Jose Thomas, the most knowledgeable UK RLS doctor, always tests for sleep apnoea and offers CPAP. He says that it often solves RLS.
