Hi, I wonder what experience folk have had with compression socks? I wore them last night and I had a better night, but that could be down to something else. Do you wear them every night? Wear them during the day? Love to hear people's thoughts. Phillip.

Compression socks
I tried them - wearing them only at night. Didn't help.
I tried them while going through withdrawal from Ropinirole. I didn't find them very helpful.
I have a pair that are not overly tight. Many textures on fabrics or bedding starts my RLS going, so sometimes they bother me. Other times they DO help take the edge off. They are a challenge for me to put on without help due to other ortho issues. Often I wear only one on my ‘worst’ leg. It’s inexpensive, non-drug and readily available so why not give them a try! We are all different Best of luck.
I find that a compression sock will almost immediately relieve the restlessness in my leg if I “bunch up” the sock along the instep of my foot. The added pressure does the trick but be careful not to cut off your circulation!
I find wearing them during the day can improve my nighttime symptoms.
