Good idea. I’m now starting to think that it comes on later and I take one D last thing with the last G. So yes it’s probably it that. I’ll pay more attention to that now and separate them. Thanks again!
I'd guess a mast cell reaction which is "less than" anaphylaxis. I've recently had to deal with mast cell activation in a pretty big way, and on my NMD's advice started quercetin 1g three times a day. Not only did it get rid of the obvious mast cell reaction, but all my hay fever simply disappeared. Now that the pollen count has gone down here, I was able to go off the quercetin and everything is ok. I learned that allergic reactions happen when the number of things you might be allergic to reaches a certain point, and then you react to all of them. When the "mountain of allergens" becomes more of a molehill, you stop reacting.
