restless leg syndrome

I have read up on this and found a article recommending to take one turmeric and one Tylenol no other type of pain reliever must be Tylenol. When I am getting restless leg syndrome at night I take one of each and I was in total shock because within 15 minutes my legs were calm. I could not believe it. I have now gotten to the point I do not get restless leg syndrome every night, and only take it if I feel it coming on. It has been amazing. Hope this helps others.

Glad that you've found a combination that works for you: some others have tried turmeric with no or negative results - we're all different! (Tylenol = paracetamol aka acetaminophen).

I would respectfully question whether it is RLS you actually have??

What were your symptoms?

The curcumin in the tumeric would have a slight anti inflammatory effect (inflammation is one of the main causes of RLS) but there's so little curcumin in tumeric that you'd have to ingest a whole bottle of tumeric to get a medicinal dose so and would have taken a few days to have and ffect so I doubt that tumeric had much to do with it.

Very informative and interesting.

I have been going through withdrawal from Pexola which has been an absolute nightmare for a few months. Down to half of the 0.25mg.

I have bought all the suggested products and have included Folate and Iron. (I rattle when I walk 😂😂) I also have cut out all sugars, alcohol and fizzy cold drinks.

I have been to about four different doctors in my area and one said go off Pexola and prescribed Sifirol!! Next one gave me Trepalin and Melatonin!!, and so it goes on and on with the uninformed medical profession. Sadly we have to be the doctor for ourselves!!

I have been on the them for two weeks and I am only having very mild "crawlies".

Unfortunately, the advise of one does not always help everyone!! Good luck to all my fellow RL sufferes, hoping you too can find some relief.

I personally decided to not take a brand from the shelf of our local pharmacy/supermarket. I went to a very well know Wellness Centre and paid a little more for quality. We never hesitated paying whatever our doctor or pharmacy charged us for our medicine. I am taking Curcumin which is a combination of Turmeric and Cumin. I sincerely hope you have the success I have had from the supplements.
