There were at least one or two people on here trying NAD+ but I've not seen anything recently. They may have been put off by a reported cancer scare, but proponents such as Prof Sinclair at Harvard have said that this was based on trials in mice who (it is said) had a gene that predisposed them to cancer.
Most past trials on NAD+ and ageing have been animal based, but there are now ongoing human trials according to this review in 'Advances in Nutrition' published last month:
