I did, it didn’t help by legs but it did help the anxiety I suffered about my legs. Bit too expensive to have more than one course of treatment (6 weeks) and the results weren’t enough to make me want to pay for more.

If you do a search for acupuncture on this forum you will find lots of people have tried it.

Hi, I did a few years back. It did help with the severity but I can’t afford it. I hope it’s healing for you 😻

I tried acupuncture . it worked for a short time but I couldn't get more than 2 days and it would be back as bad as ever.

This comes up from time to time - put 'acupuncture' into the search bar. From recollection, there has rarely been a positive outcome for rls with acupuncture.

i did, for several treatments. no help for me. the worst is when you get RLS during treatment!

Yep - that happened to me too! Difficult when you have pins stuck all over 😱

I have tried acupuncture. It is not cure, but took my RLS from pure misery to manageable. Acupuncture therapists vary. I have used 3. One did not help.

Yes my husband tried it for about 6 weeks (once a week). At first, it provided a miracle, some good nights of sleep! We thought we had a cure. He kept at it but after two or three weeks, he was back to his normal RLS. Kept going a few more weeks with no relief so ended up stopping. I think it would be worth a try though since everyone is different with their responses to various treatments.

I gave it a shot with the herbs...it got rid of foot pain and pain in the upper back but

the RLS got worse because they were using electricity on the needles. Insurance will

not cover it. The lady that was doing the accupuncture got really mad when I ask her

why it was doing nothing and she said she did not know. She did not put any needles in my legs. According to literature the accupuncture points are on the calves...and another

one put these burning herbs on my legs...I know have 6 burn marks on back of upper

leg that have been there for a year. I was having severe leg pain ...leg was like a rock..

went to a vein clinic...they collapsed a bunch of bad veins...do not have problems with cramping at all...but the good rls is till hangin around...good luck
