CBT OIL ADVICE

In the past I have used CBD gummies purchased at Holland and Barret (in the UK). It helped for a while but I’m guessing any positive effect was mainly psychological.

Can anybody in the UK suggest where I can purchase better quality CBD products? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks again.

I take 100mg of CBD oil and 25mg of Delta 8 THC for sleep. CBD doesn’t help my RLS though vaping the THC brings a quick short term relief. I take Oxycodone for my restlessness. In my experience CBD does not help the restlessness. I wish you the best in finding what works for you.
