Nothing will improve until you get an RLS friendly alternative to omeprazole.

I am a pensioner, o i will take day or night, i would rather nap in the day than face the cruelty of this disease. i taka my opioid morn noon and night

You get used to taking it all day. Vicodin is the only thing that keeps me from going crazy. I've been on the same dose for 5 years, and I take it every 4-5 hours because my RLS is 24/7. It started out just being a few hours in the evening. We check kidney and liver function every 3 months. No worries there.
