My relaxis pad broke. I tried to reach them by phone and they have a recording trying to sell me something. I wanted to find out if anyone ever had to return one. Mine is old. I bought it in 2016. I was wondering if there was any type of warranty.

Where did you buy it?Have you got the original packaging or even a receipt?

2016 is not old, I would have thought.

An email to their site should be able to elicit some help, I hope.

I don't have original packaging. I will have to check for a receipt or paperwork. I tried calling the number listed online and as soon as someone picks up it is a recording to purchase a medical device. No prompts to speak to someone. I can't believe that!!!

I love my Relaxis pad since it basically cured my RLS about 4years ago. I use it on rare occasion now and am concerned when one day it doesn't work. I believe the company went out out of business a couple of years ago when they couldn't get Medicare approved.
