Anyone tried tryptophan for sleep or RLS?

Did it work for sleep? Did it help or aggravate RLS? How much did u take? Any brand which was effective?

I’m trying L- Tryptophan 500 mg by NOW. Haven’t used it long enough to know if it consistently helps. I seem to be sleeping better with it.

Didn't do anything for me either. Whenever someone posts on here about a supplement/diet that helps, I rush out and buy it. I should realise by now that it's just a waste of my money.
