After coming off pramepexole due to augmentation, my doctor gave me longtec and shorttec, ocycodone to help with withdrawal symptoms.

I was already on gabapentin for neuropathy

I had a total knee replacement 2 weeks ago and experiencing awful return of RLS, mixed with a lot of pain and very little sleep.

HELP

where do I go from here? What can I take as contemplating going onto ropinarol again as life is intolerable

I can only think that you may have been given other opioids after your surgery and may be now be getting some withdrawal effects from that.

Plus you have been under stress, which doesn't help.

You should be abe to get better pain control however, so I'd review the oxycodone with your doctor.

Can I take tramadol alongside oxycodene until my knee settles

I suggest you ask your doctor. That would be TWO opioids and I suspect you'd have to be careful about dosages.
