What makes rls worse benadryl

If anybody hasnt been told benadryl makes RLS worse any meds that are like advil pm or tylenol pm have benadryl.Also carbs, sugar and caffeine make rls worse. I have done my research i had it since 2005 .mirapex helps at 1st but becomes the nightmare drug. They say klonipin works..we will see im waiting on sleep results for sleep dr to precribe.hope this info was helpful.

Not all antihistamines are a problem, but benadryl and other sedating antihistamines are.

There are some non sedating antihistamines that are OK.
