I live Dorset UK I have had RLS for about 4 years Iam 75 at the moment taking rapinarole full dose ,good eve and night but not in the day iam also trying magnesium and iron a pedal bike also cut out alcohol not fair

Presumably the daytime RLS is causing you problems .
What dose are you taking? What other medications are you taking ( including OTC meds like anti histamines)?
Have you had a full blood count test, and if so what’s your serum ferritin level?
