Channel 5 programme about Sleep

Hi everyone .Next Wednesday theres a programme -(I think its called secrets of Sleep -not sure though -next time I see a preview I'll remember what the correct name of it

Its mentions a lot of ailments one of which is RLS so if you want to tune in -Im sure it'll be interesting

Thanks for posting , but if it like the last two programmes on RLS,, then we wont learn much, if anything.

Oh eye!! Thats it I ll be watching ~it with great interest & putting. It on my planner to watch it again if i want to or indeed if something else turns up which means i ll. miss it

It ll be interesting seeing someone else on tv struggling with rls so we can compare feelings of them & us
