I actually had a little bit of good luck today. While rushing out to go downtown, I grabbed what I thought was a script for my antidepressant but without wearing my glasses I'd made a mistake. It was actually a script for Ativan. I have no idea how I got it or where it came from, and at this very moment I really don't care. Coz I know I'm going to sleep for the next few weeks.

PS: Take care with that stuff its the same family as Valium and we all know what mothers little helper has done!
Enjoy your sleep 😊
Actually my luck came in two fold. A lot of the posts on this site mention the use of Tramadol (a pain killer which can also aid sleep). Many use it to help with augmentation. I thought I'd have Buckley's of getting a script for such a heavy drug.
The last week or so I've had an exceptionally painful arm. (I have no idea). Along with a referral for an ultrasound ... I also came away with a script for Tramadol. Tramadol and Ativan .... doubt I'll be missing the Temaze somehow.
