I was suffering from RLS for about 5 yrs and only an year or so this I understood as syndrome. After trying several.. I tried magnesium and it worked. I thought it may help others with RLS and try magnesium 200/300 mg 2 hrs before bed.

It helps. It relaxes muscles and helps with constipation

Just to throw a spammer in the works, oral magnesium seems to have a detrimental effect on my rls. However, if I apply it as a spray to my legs (dissolving Epsom salts in water) it seems to help sometimes. It’s such as tricky condition.
